Pending inspection, an exchange, refund or credit in the original form of payment, excluding shipping, will be issued. After 30 days products will not be accepted for return or exchange. All merchandise sold as sets must be returned as sets. No returns are allowed on custom or clearance items. All Returns and exchanges may include an exchange fee or restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. (Krav Maga Maleh USA is not responsible for packages lost in transit)

Limited Replacement Warranty

Krav Maga Maleh USA warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of purchase, provided they have not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect or misuse. Krav Maga Maleh USA is limited to repairing or replacing products that are returned prepaid to Krav Maga Maleh USA within this 90 day period, unless specific product literature specifies otherwise.
